Shipping policy

On-time delivery guarantee:
If your order is late, we will send a free replacement with faster shipping or offer a refund. If your order does not arrive in time for the eclipse, we will issue a full refund. To request a replacement or refund, contact us with your order number.

Note: This guarantee does NOT apply if you enter an invalid address. Some common errors include spelling mistakes, missing apartment numbers, and incorrect addresses.

We can only send replacements and/or refunds if the courier tracking shows that your shipment was late or lost in transit. If the tracking wrongfully indicates that the item was delivered, but you cannot find the package, please contact the courier.

Finally, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery if extreme events outside of our control occur. These include but are not limited to: Extreme weather, acts of violence, worker strikes, and more. We are dependent upon on our partners to help support our business activities.

Delivery times:

    • Couriers only move shipments on business days, Mon-Fri. An order placed after closing time on Friday will be sent on Monday.
    • Our website provides a delivery ETA when you enter a postal code at checkout.
    • Our staff require 1-2 business days to pack and hand over your shipment after an order is placed.
    • Packing may take longer if we experience a surge of orders, but we will always ensure orders ultimately arrive in time by upgrade your shipping speed for free or providing refunds in accordance with our on-time delivery guarantee.

    The shipping services we use:

    • Our website defaults to showing the cheapest shipping available at checkout.
    • Depending on your location, faster express options may be available for increased cost.
    • As the eclipse approaches, we will remove slow shipping options and require faster options to be used. This will cause shipping costs to increase.
    • If a customer accidentally chooses a shipping option that won't arrive in time for the eclipse, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

    By default, we use the following companies to ship our packages:

    • To USA: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail.
    • To Canada - Urban Ontario and Urban Quebec: Intelcom, UPS, Canada Post.
    • To Canada - Everywhere else: Canada Post, occasionally UPS. (UPS is often cheaper and faster, however, we reserve the right to alter rural orders to use Canada Post if UPS does not offer reasonable delivery to the area.)
    • To rest of world: DHL, national carrier.

    If you select a generic shipping option that does not specify a carrier, like "Economy" or "Standard", it means we will choose the best available option at our own discretion when the order is shipped.

      Duties and taxes:

      • Canadian buyers pay sales tax in accordance with provincial regulations.
      • US buyers shouldn't have to pay import charges as our products come from the U.S., but they may have to pay sales tax depending on their state laws.
      • International buyers outside of USMCA trade region may have to pay import duties, fees, sales tax, and other charges. It is your responsibility to know and pay in accordance with local regulations.
