We ship to Canada and the contiguous United States, plus a few international destinations along the path of the eclipse. Please read our preorder policy first if you are ordering an item that is on backorder.

Delivery times:

The estimated delivery date will be shown to you on the product page and at checkout before you are required to pay. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from Ottawa, Ontario. We do not operate on weekends or holidays, as our shipping carriers do not accept shipments on those days.

As the April 8 eclipse approaches, we will upgrade our delivery speeds to ensure orders always arrive in time for the eclipse. We guarantee all orders placed after March 1st will arrive by the promised delivery date shown on our website at the time you placed your order. or we will issue a full refund.

Duties and taxes:

  • Canadian buyers pay sales tax according to their province of residence
  • Outside of Canada, international buyers may have to pay customs duties, fees, and/or sales tax in their country. It is your responsibility to know about and pay for duties and taxes in accordance with your local regulations.

Shipping services and carriers used:

We use the following services, selected at our discretion to arrive as quickly and affordably as possible:

  • To Canada: UPS Standard, Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, or Lettermail.
  • To USA: Canada Post Tracked Packet or USPS Priority Mail.

We may add FedEx and UPS overnight delivery as the eclipse date approaches.

If you use a PO box as your address, UPS and Fedex delivery will be unavailable as they cannot deliver to PO boxes. We reserve the right to change the carrier used to deliver to a PO box.

If you live in a remote or rural location as defined by your national postal carrier, private couriers may not deliver to you at reasonable prices. To ensure fair shipping costs for our buyers, we may modify deliveries to remote areas to use the national postal service (Canada Post, USPS, etc.) instead of private courier, as they are typically more affordable than private carriers. This ensures the best rates for all.
